Completely Racist Agent! I booked online, then went in to the location to pick-up car. Then I was told they do not accept Apple Pay. So I asked can I pay another way, then I am told someone just booked the rental and its the last one for the day. A week later I booked online with a different car, I go in and he tells me they actually have no rentals available at all. So I send my white coworker over and behold he has 3 to choose from less than an hour after I left. If you are Not Hispanic or White, they will not rent to you. Ignorant people working there. By the way I received a charge of $33 from this Hertz on the very same Apple Card that he told me they did not accept 4 weeks earlier, no worries report it fraud just like the agent.

Made reservation for at least a six passenger car Come the day of the reservation, was told they didn't have it, and left scrambling to find a new car rental, and was told any money spent would be given 3-5 days after. Zero stars.

Missed our flight on spring break weekend and we were lucky enough to get a rental car after calling around for a few hours. A lifesaver to be able to have a car to drive for a day!

So I send my white coworker over and behold he has 3 to choose from less than an hour after I left. If you are Not Hispanic or White, they will not rent to you. Ignorant people working there.
