On the day of my move, a competitor moving company called me 10 minutes prior to scheduled pick up, that the truck we had reserved had not been turned in from the previous renter. We panicked as the only options they offered were a much smaller truck (meaning more trips back and forth, even comp'd it's still an inconvenience and not time efficient) picking up 30 minutes away from us. After a quick google search, Penske came to the rescue and arranged a reservation for immediate pick up. They were very helpful, professional and proactive. The truck was clean and the driver's seat was very cushioned and comfortable. Costs were clear and e-mailed immediately before pick-up and after drop off so nothing was caught off-guard. In a time of need, Penske left a lasting impression. This location truly earned a customer for life not only for myself but my family and friends.

I had a great experience at this particular location dealing with Kaylon and Curtis. Everyone at this location was very polite and professional and I really appreciate working with them. I would definitely consider renting from this location exclusively.

I had a really rough experience with a old bad truck. The tire popped off on the side of the highway. And I have been traumatized cause that has never happened before and Im not the type to drive big vehicles.
I dont hate Penske but im fully aware of things happen. Im thankful that Penske was very help thru my whole experience. Roadside assistance was very good I literally wasnt on the side of the road no longer than 20 minutes and they had somebody out to help me really quick not to mention the dispatcher sent a police officer to my location to make sure me and others was safe cause were I was at other drivers just kept blowing there horn at me.
Mr. Jamel was wonderful. He definitely does his job and enjoy helping people. No I didnt take the same truck back to the location I was going but Penske did understand how I didnt want a big truck so gave me the smaller van, which was what I needed a wanted. And everything worked out perfect.
Thanks Penske. I love doing business with u and I will always return as a customer.

Kaylon was amazing! Extremely friendly as soon as I walked in the door. She was attentive and courteous during pick up and drop off. They were extremely busy as well and you wouldn't be able to tell with her demeanor. Thank you!
