This UPS store at Preston Royal charges $1 to close the top of a box with a piece of tape.
The UPS store up the road at Preston Forest does not charge a fee to close the top of a box with tape.
UPS Preston Royal can charge their fee. And they they can respond to reviews like this that mention it with passive aggressiveness.
Thats their choice.
And its my choice to drive past it every single time to go to UPS Preston Forest instead, without a tape fee.

Do not go to this UPS store. Worst customer service and the blond lady that works there makes political comments about having to go protest the government and create another January 6th because everything is so expensive. This happened in front of me when one customer couldn't afford to pay for sending something with the UPS store prices. Political views belong to each person and customers should not have to listen to the employees political views.
