        Why has my packaged not been shipped to me? It shows it has been sitting in dallas since 5/01/23 this is horrible service. People in texas are so lazy they don't work in this state.

        Says temporarily closed but from what I saw while here the help desk was the only thing closed (at least at 7pm), kiosk area to mail packages/letters and mailbox room were still accessible to the public.
