      Thanks for your feedback Tanika. We should always answer the phone before the 3rd ring. The only exception is when it shows "SPAM likely" because we get so very many of those. As far as placing you on hold, that should be the exception and not the rule. It does happen occasionally when our staff is already assisting others in the store. We're sorry you felt mistreated and we'll make every effort to rectify these issues. Thank you for giving us this second chance!
