This is yet another disappointing logistics company. If you are contemplating shipping your items from Nigeria to the USA and require timely delivery, especially for valuable items that need to reach you within 3 weeks or less, I strongly recommend using DHL or another fast logistics provider, don't look at the cost, but if you want to get frustrated then use Kingz, this company are also terrible. My package was handed over on January 13th, 2024 with the promise that it would leave Nigeria on January 22nd, as they follow a bi-weekly shipping schedule. I was happy to hear that information, I returned home and then came back to entrust them with another set of my items for shipping. Despite paying over 400k for their services, my packages are still in Nigeria as of today, January 30th, 2024. I have urgent items within those shipments that I need. I have attempted to reach out to them by phone twice, but no one answered. When I finally got a response through chat, I received a series of different and seemingly endless excuses every day. It appears that their shipments do not have priority status with airlines, the airlines only consider their package when there is excess space available. I challenge them to counter or deny this account, as I have screenshots of our conversations. I am deeply disappointed by their service, and I had no idea they were this unreliable and terrible.
