I don't have storage here but one of my clients does so I go frequently getting things out of storage for her and it's a really nice place. I haven't dealt with the staff but the place is always exceptionally clean and free of debris. If I ever need storage this is the place I will choose!!

Continued storage needed for my passed wife.
Recently needed to update my space requirement - Elizabeth helped me 100%. Happy tenant for 20 plus years. Dan has helped greatly too.

Good luck actually finding someone who can help you at this property. I received a voicemail saying my account is current on their end and then I check my account to a 50$ fee for them charging my card twice & it failed. Why run the card twice without confirming what the problem was.
After I called they tell me theres a problem with their portal for ACH payments so I had to make a separate payment with my card for the full amount after a mistake theyve made.
Youd think If theres a problem with the app/website theyd try to find a solution with the customer instead of simply adding more fees.
The property manager I spoke with on the phone told me she couldnt help and I'd have to contact customer service.
I wish I could make this up
