Great place and the manager and assistant manager are awesome. They work with you and care about people. While Ive been there Ive seen and heard them going out of their way to assist people.

Had my storage for about a year and never had any issues. Amanda in the front office was so nice and helpful! Very secured and clean facility highly recommend.

Ive been a client here for years. They have always had cheap prices but it shows how they do their billing. Its 2023 and Johnathan that was a gem but recently left. So they violated the relationship I had with him. Mid June they thought theyd violate my privacy and accessed my units after 350 just paid 2 weeks prior. Had a family member have foot surgery in Waco and wouldnt allow me to pay 2 days later as they wouldnt take my card over the phone. But 2 days prior I ask for the 2 day extension and then they decide to cut my locks when was going to pay $350 but decided to cut my locks cause wouldnt take the credit card over the phone. Then I get home 3 days later get a letter in the mail and they cut the locks. Then I left 7 emails and 1 letter in drop box and 2 phone calls. None returned. They said I was supposed to go overnight my payment from Waco back on the 10th and they wouldnt of cut my locks. Again I wasnt asking for access but just to get billing caught up since the Gem they had left. Honesty see why. Today in person I go by to pay and they Denice me again said needed certified payment. Yesterday I was out of town and told them 2 days ago I might be. Sent emails yesterday Id be by today or yesterday and never confirmed they received. I even asked for 3 confirmations of reciept. Goofy. We are in 20203 and not asking for access now since they intentionally cut my locks knowing the value I had in a 10x20. Blackmail and Extortion. So today they yet to return calls or emails. These days things are automated and the day they cut my locks the day Ive decided to take my 3k a year business elsewhere. Likely a suit will be needed to put companies like this in check for ripping people off. Never use this place. Ive been lied to so much if you cant trust them dont expect them. Their in business not to take care of customers. Ive been a customer for 3 years. This will be my last. Also, if they access your unit. Youll need a restraining order to make them stop. They wont provide you proof of theyve stolen anything. Thats why they want to cut your locks to see if they can find a way to sell your stuff. Thats how they treat a general contractor with a 10x20 full of tools and hoping you dont pay and not charge your card on file. Its 2023 they are outdated and find ways to take your money. Beware..
