SCAM! BEWARE!!!
Applied for a property back on February 11th and paid for 2 adults to have a background check ran. Then, nothing! They couldnt give us a yes/no to if we got the house or not even though we passed the background check. They kept saying it was because they couldnt contact the owner and then offered to refund us. We agreed since we waited 2 weeks for owner to reach out to company and had to move on to find another house. Then the company ghosted us and no contact at all to get our money back. So if you want to give up $130 for nothing, Id suggest going elsewhere for a rental.
