Lived here since March 2015, was at the The Gate 2015-2021 and had to transfer to the The Park due to a fire. And today April 6, my husband Robert and I said goodbye to our apartment. Now feeling sentimental and nostalgic, 9 years this had been our home. Thank you to the management and staff for taking care of us and especially to Robert from maintenance who's been like a friend. The Village is the place that we are going to greatly miss in Dallas.

Overpriced roach ridden in Bend East with no ceiling fans, creepy management at the Village Green and fake smiles. Fake staff and upper management. Lincoln Property Company uses these units to compensate for their new overpriced projects. Buyer/ lease beware

Good luck with who you get as a neighbor. If youre unlucky and end up getting a noisy neighbor, management does next to nothing to fix the issue. You can try to call Village Patrol to come out and check on the neighbors, but more often than not the people who answer the phones are rude and unwilling to help. The apartments are older and come with the paint signs and dings that youd expect from an older complex. Maintenance team is great. Ultimately youre paying for the convenience of the area and the amenities that are typically overly packed (since theyre open to the public) or under construction.
