I had purchased additional units but I didnt have the receipts or email on it. They said that their accounting system has it all and stated that I used it all. I walked out thinking okay but I looked at my bank account and found where I paid more than that day service. I went back and they said yes you are right. They said so glad you found it and we dont cheat people, okay . It was explained that it didnt show in my account any units available but it should have my purchase and payment for the day. They asked if I wanted water . No water was brought to me. I didnt ask for receipt because I thought it would be emailed but I received no email. I get about tipping but I think it should be up to the customer to ask about it instead of them asking do you want to leave a tip. Their nurses are great but once I finish my units , I will not be back.
