Naila is a super knowledgeable, professional, honest, and effective doctor! On top of this, she is also a very nice person and pleasant to be around. I have had 2 PRP/ dermapen treatments with her and am loving the results and will definitely be going back for more.

Dr. Malik, Lisa and the entire staff go ABOVE and beyond in both educating patients and making sure you are completely comfortable and satisfied with your outcome/experience. Their customer service is second-to-none. I wouldn't go anywhere else in Dallas. Love them!

GAVE ME LASER BURNS & PERMANENT SCARS!! DO NOT GO!! I purchased a 6 package treatment. On my 6th treatment on June 2 or 3rd the esthetician said she had been getting complaints about the laser and didn't know if it was because people were more and therefore more sensitive or what. So I asked her to turn down the machine. I use numbing cream as prescribed, so it felt normal and when I got home I noticed it looked like burns were appearing. I called the office to ask what to do and was informed the doctor was in France for the summer. The next day I came in because I had dark brown scars, dots and nickel sized blackish scabs appearing all over my bikini area. It was disgusting. To date I still have the scars and continue to be told I have to wait until the doctor returns to the country. This is ridiculous and I'm pretty sure the law requires laser centers to be supervised by doctors actually located in the U.S. --Permanently Scarred
