I absolutely love Dr Potter and his staff. I started seeing him 2021 and I just had the big reconstruction surgery at the end of October. When you have a surgeon that takes his own calls after hours and comes to see his patient on Saturday and Sunday, thats a good Dr! The whole staff is wonderful and I will forever remind them of that when I see them

The staff are very polite and professional they do what they say theyre going to do and Dr. Potter he is wonderful does great work so much so I am going back the end of December to have another surgery elective surgery so Ill let you know

Horrible office staff and customer service. They cancel, make you wait hours, have attitudes. If I could give a zero I would. 2 reconstructive surgeries and its still not right. Go elsewhere.

I cant say enough good things about Dr. Potter and his staff. Dr. Potter is patient, professional, very talented and he listens. The first opinion I got the doctor suggested a procedure that wouldve endangered my health. I wasnt aware of the possible consequences until I met with Dr. Potter who refused to do that procedure and gave me the facts. After three surgeries of fat grafting to correct a birth defect, I have never looked better. I am so happy with the results I would never go anywhere else for my PS needs. It has changed my life. I would normally always encourage second opinions but when it comes to plastic surgery, you would just be wasting your time. Thank you Dr. Potter and staff- they are truly the best!

This man has no honor and no integrity. He installed breast implants in my girlfriend and they both detached and flipped over inside her body after 2 years. He refuses to fix them because she lost her insurance. Properly installed implants do not come loose after 2 years. Avoid this man like the plague
