The Wilson's have always been our go to for any issues and we have been with them for years. They're very kind and have always gone above and beyond for us when we've needed any maintenance or even replacing of our AC unit recently. Can't recommend them enough if you're needing a quick and trustworthy experience!

BEWARE!! I had major issues with Wilson. I thought I was getting a Manufactures warranty but they gave me a price of paper with their warranty and when I had an issue they did not fix my AC problems. Also they sent some people over that were trying to tell me I had issues with my other unit when all I needed was some Freon. I was extremely disappointed and have not used them since. Scheduled a plumbing appt for Thurs. Entire day went by with no tech. Received a call late in day from dispatch asking if we could reschedule for Friday. We selected the morning window (8-noon). Its 4:30 pm now. We have called in several times today to get updates. Really rough customer service.
We just cut bait and scheduled another plumber. Service: Plumbing leak detection

Our heat went out and He was here the next day early. Diagnosed the problem, got it working partially while the part was ordered, and was back the next day to install it. Price was very fair. I had thought it was going to be very expensive, but, as always, every time we have used Wilson's over the last 15 years, they have always been fair, and honest. Even noticed something on our new system (installed before we bought our new house) was missing, it was a dust cover that they used tape over, Art and his son in law replaced it without question.
