        I knew ahead of time what I needed. Out of 17 bids Aire Serv was one of only two companys that came back with an honest bid at an honest price. The others all were trying to sell me alot of things I knew I didn't need including a new cement pad. Move forward 11 months to 2/15/24 . Be careful. I found they charge you what amounts to a diagnotic fee and not a tune up fee before charging you for fixing your problem. The tech was a young woman who was very knowlegable and went the extra mile to figure out what the problem was. They are still 5 star service in my book.

        Jennifer had been a dream to work with. The techs do a fantastic job. They are knowledgeable and can find issues other vendors miss. The have parts quickly and do not leave my tenants without an HVAC system. We will continue to use them for our HVAC needs.
