I called Airtech when my AC stopped cooling and they responded immediately, offering to send a tech the next day.  The tech identified the problem right away and suggested ordering a part to repair the Trane chiller rather than replacing it, saving me hundreds of dollars.  A few days later, the part arrived and the tech installed it, resolving the problem.  Everyone I dealt with was courteous and respectful.

I run a property management company and good AC techs are hard to come by...especially when you have to go up THREE stories to service a unit.  I had called 5 different companies and service techs to come out and service, but all refused because of the location of the unit and because another service tech had fallen to his death a few years earlier.  I got David Parnell's name and number from the condo's HOA and he met me within the hour!   Luckily there were no major issues with the unit...but I will definitely be giving them a call again for any work that needs to be done.  David was professional and courteous.
