I was impressed and happy with their HVAC repair service. Very affordable yet with quality, the contractor that they sent was really great and easy to work with. I must admit that they are the best HVAC contractors I have tried in the area and I would definitely stick with them for my HVAC problems.

Micheal is very unprofessional Micheal is very unprofessional and also lack of care and responsibility.  Before the tragic winter storm hit in Texas I advised my landlord that the heat wasn't working and also the temp was decreasing. Micheal advised me that the heat unit does not have enough pressure to warm home and also a lack of ventilation. He then goes on to say he will need to add more pressure and etc. Micheal communication has been poor from beginning.  As my family was trying to prepare for the future winter storm Micheal was supposed to return prior so that my 3 children and I would not have to continue to freeze in our home. I called Micheal for an update because my landlord advise once he makes the call and send someone to fix issue I handle rest and advise him of the status and or update.  Well Micheal never called and I had to call him constantly to see when was he returning as I was expecting him that following morning.  Micheal advised that my landlord gave approval for additional heating part late and he would return the following morning.  Well he never called the following morning and once again I had to contact him. However, he stated he was at hospital for a family member.  Remind you we are still in COVID 19 and NO VISITORS are allowed at the hospital and it was Saturday. However, I was selfless to try to be understanding, but when I reach to my landlord with this information Micheal provided different excuses and made it as if my heat was working.  I reached back out to Micheal because I am confused of the lies and miscommunication.  He had an hour plus to go back and forward with me about the conditions and laws of the heating systems all while he is at the "hospital". It wasn't until I sent a long lengthy email to my landlord about lack of care and responsibility when I did not hear back from Micheal or my landlord to come fix my unit. Keep in mind that a winter storm was coming and it was exactly that next day it came and I had to shelter with my children in others people homes on their floor!!! It was snow and black ice everywhere and he pretending as if he could come same day to fix.  What a joke?  It wasn't until a week later when I could return home and Micheal remained unprofessional due to his lack of workmanship. He turned off my breaker unit without advising me because it was not labeled and then makes more excuses. He then leaves my home without advising the status of my heating unit and leave me in my 3 children in my house with the door left unlocked and acknowledged whetherhe was finished not. There is so many more problems and I will see to it that TDLR is aware along with Better Business Bureau.  He didn't even want to provide his business name because he knew he is ans has been lacking in his work ethic and professionalism.
