I am giving 4 stars because of too many text and phone calls. I would get a text that Jon was on his way, but before I could completely read the text then I get a call. To my knowledge it didnt say respond to the text, but as I said, I had no time to read before getting a call and this was on every text I got from Milestone. I did hang up once because I got a text saying they would be here in 30 min and we just got up, so now I'm having to hurry to get us dressed and then I get a call. Is this a good time to speak to you about the Advantage Plan? no, it isnt you just sent a text they are on their way and I'm trying to get us dressed. Then she just goes on and on. I had to hang up. Not everyone gets up before 6 or 7am. Then we have Jon who is excellent at his job. Super nice and I hope he has a long career in electric. My work day comes and I was told they would have the air off for at least 3 hours. So, I planned that time away from home. Come home for them to tell me it could be another 3 hours. Disappointed, but like they said, no one can predict how long it will take. These guys got it done quickly. I think it was like another hour before being finished from the time I got home. I had Hector, Sebastian and didnt catch the other name. Super nice guys. Professional. On time. Ignored my messy house from foundation repairs.
