I have been using D's for more than year now and they are highly professional, courteous and responsible for all my HVAC work. If they send your technician you can almost think of like that it is fixed. Even with the tight timelines they squeeze emergencies as much as possible. They are my first go person for ALL my AC and Heat work. I couldn't imagine how many sleepless nights I would have gone if D's not there. Thanks D's and your team. We were referred by a neighbor app and got good referenced after our home was hit by lightning. Our old system was to be repaired per Nationwide. We opted to upgrade and choose D's to install a complete unit. Unfortunately we have had to call them back out 5 times. They cannot or will not go the xtra mile to make it work. They were out in September of 2020 they were out twice now in 2021 and today my unit freezes up because obviously it has a Freon leak. They added Freon 2 weeks ago and replaced a valve. Billed us 400 more dollars. It has been a nightmare. I called them today without a answer. It is time for legal action. So disappointed. Services: AC repair, Installation
