You won't believe this happen.. This company missed 2 appointments with us. They made us wait on 3/11 and 3/12 from 9-11am and never showed up. When we called them, they said the technician was out sick, and knowing that they didn't cancel his appointments. When I spoked with the supposed "manager", obviously upset by missing 2 days at work, she ended up saying I could go to a different company and HUNG UP ON ME! Can you believe this?

My heater went out last night so I called this company in the morning and within 30 minutes there was a technician at my house. They let me know the service charge up front and gave me an estimate before any work was done. I am so impressed with how efficiently the technician worked and how well he knew his inventory. Jonathan was great and we will definitely use this company again!

I found Dalco via the manufacturer of my HVAC. I needed help quickly, because I'm in Dallas, TX suffering in this heat. The company my Home Warranty Company sent was HORRIBLE. Ivan with Dalco was awesome. He explained everything he did AND he gave me tips on best practices I should use. I signed to a maintenance agreement with them on the spot. I need a company licensed to service Lennox HVAC systems. Service: A/C system repair

My clients were buying a home that Dalco had serviced (both plumbing and HVAC). Just prior to closing, a few additional issues were noticed and Dalco responded within 24 hours and got a tech out there to take care of the problems.
