Contacted Matthew at 9:00 PM, he responded immediately and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Jesse was the tech that came to the house. He was terrific. He troubleshot the unit, identified the problem and resolved it quickly. He was patient while explaining the issue. Very pleasant guy. 5 stars isn't enough. M&R is not just the best A/C company I've dealt with, they are one of the best companies in general I've ever dealt with. Knowledgeable, honest, trustworthy, friendly, respectful, professional - start to finish. Usually when you do business with a company, they are great in some areas, but maybe not so great in others. M&R went above and beyond (6 stars) all the way through.

I have a two year old system that stopped working. Was certified in HVAC back in the early 90's however didn't entertain that field of work. When I contacted the original installer that installed for the homebuilder I let them know I believe the capacitor went bad (15 minute repair). They told me they could schedule a tech out in three weeks, I just laughed. I then did a really quick on-line search and found M & R. I left a voicemail on the number provided, sent a text as they asked, and even got on their website and sent in a request for service. Matthew called back with 15 minutes. I let him know what I thought it was. He said our home was in his line of path when starting his day. He showed up within 45 minutes of my initial contact, replaced the capacitor within 5 minutes of arriving. Handed him payment and thanked him very graciously for doing what he did. After being in the homebuilding industry for 30 yrs in Tucson, Matthew is an excellent and responsive business owner here in Surprise. I won't use anyone else for HVAC concerns moving forward.
