This hotel is beautiful with a central location for Dallas. Plenty of parking, and they offer valet. Every staff member we spoke with was cheerful, helpful, and easy to talk to. Great water area to walk around when you want to escape the city feel. This Hilton is huge! There are so many options for food,roomservice, and meeting areas. If you don't feel like renting a meeting space, you can walk around until you find a private area for small gatherings.This will be our new Dallas home base.

Title: Wonderful Stay at Hilton Dallas Lincoln Centre!
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Dallas Lincoln Centre, and I wanted to share my fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed. The room was spacious, clean, well-lit, and had a very appealing ambiance. The friendly and attentive staff ensured my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. This was especially evident when I needed coffee during the early hours. After mentioning it, they promptly delivered a fresh pot to my room within 5 minutes! Their quick and responsive service made a real difference.
For airport transportation, I used Lyft, which was a very affordable option.
Overall Impression:
I highly recommend the Hilton Dallas Lincoln Centre to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Dallas. The hotel's location is excellent, especially for shopping enthusiasts, as it's right across from the Galleria Dallas mall. Whether you're traveling for business or pleasure, the Hilton Dallas Lincoln Centre is a great choice!

One of the nicer Hiltons I've been to in the US.
Clean and most of the staff is friendly and helpful.
Parking is a challenge. Valet for $36 or self-park for $26 in a garage structure that is located across the street from the hotel. No street parking nearby. I was under the impression that there was only one valet person trying to handle all the demand. That lead to some backup. Also, when I arrived and there was only one person, he chose to ignore me altogether and do something else. There is also no Diamond parking that I saw.
My room was very clean! Something other Hiltons have stopped doing since Covid 19. Cutting back on staff hasn't helped. Overseas, hotel do a much better job of paying attention to the details of cleaning. I still find long hair in the bathroom and showers. That would be okay if I wasn't bald and it was my hair. I think Carolyn was my Housekeeper and she did a nice job.
Standard hotel food at the standard high hotel rate. As a reminder, when ordering room service, remember they now include a delivery fee as well as tip on your receipt automatically. They still leave a section on your receipt to leave a tip. A little deceptive in my book. Who know, maybe it's there so you can leave an "additional" tip for outstanding service? And who gets that "extra" tip?
Room was spacious. I had a connecting room. These are not sound proof and you can easily hear your neighbors next door so keep that in mind.
Elevators were fast and available at all times.
Oh, they had some nice live entertainment in the lobby/bar area.

The service was exceptional; my AC issue was promptly resolved within minutes. The food was satisfying, and the staff went above and beyond. However, as a hotel guest, sleep quality is paramount to me. Unfortunately, I'm departing this establishment feeling physically drained, with my body aching from lying in the bed. Despite trying everything, including using my pillows as a makeshift mattress topper, nothing improved. For those who prioritize sleep comfort, it's essential to be aware of this aspect.
