I can't think of a single positive thing to say about this place. At best it is bad, at worst it is criminal. A few of my biggest complaints are: 1) The online reservations do not reflect reality in either price or room. My online reservation listed a single non-smoking room, but when I showed up they had already filled my room and reassigned me to a smoking room with no other options to change it. This smoking room is very gross, has a terrible odor, and has holes burned through the blankets and even furniture. 2) the online listed prices is inaccurate. The price listed was $63 per day, but when you show up they charge $77, plus an extra $20 deposit (cash only) for a total of $97. They will claim the deposit is refundable, and then will refuse to give a receipt, so return of the $20 is based on the honor system. All together this adds over 50% to the price. TLDR: they will lie to you and overcharge you by 50% and they will change your reservations to terrible rooms without warning. Do not stay here

My husband and myself have been accommodated by the staff here at Studio 6 for 4 yrs. now. What started as an short extended stay has become a home overtime. At the time we needed a quick stay to transition but due to the economic state we stayed longer, with NO REGRET! Lowest prices around, safe community of retired and long term guest that help to keep a watchful eye. It's gated for the most part and it holds a sense of security. A one time pet deposit with a "pet station" offering baggies and a deposit can for helpful pet accommodations as well. It's very well kept with a colonial type build and relaxing vibe with beautiful palms and florals and greenery surrounding the entire building (s). The grounds are kept regularly. It has a very affordable laundry service area with excellent machines for both wash & dry as well as 2 vending machines with necessary but sometimes forgotten needs like toothpaste ECT. Drinks & snacks as well. The room we have has a full size refrigerator, stove top range, microwave, toaster and everything you need to just unpack and relax! Dishes & silverware, coffee pot and collander! I mean everything even pots & pans. The bathroom is very big! The tub large enough to soak in. A hairdryer attached to the wall as well. The room service ladies go above & beyond! Wednesday service is full cleaning and Saturday is refresh day. A large closet opening with full ironing board & iron. Large enough area to slide a mini dresser into which is what we've done to accommodate our little home away from our future home. Cable & COLD AIR CONDITIONING! It's so well insulated that you don't even need to run the AC or the heater too long! We have our own little community here and the train station is less than a block away. Bus stops are available close by. You have every store you could/would want in walking distance. A Tom Thumb a few blocks down, a 7/11 in stones throw distance, a Family Dollar and Mexican Buffet, Pizza & a Pool Hall. Daiquiris to go and even a nail and a hair salon. Please try the fresh bakery across the street JOLLY JOLLY Bakery. The best fresh rolls and coconut bread to die for! It's so peaceful here. Ronnie is the manager you will find him in the daytime hours and he is a no hassle man that is perfect on staying on top of any needs and maintenance that is required and Peter is the NIGHTIME office employee that ALWAYS has the biggest smile. If you're in need of short time or long term stay THIS is your place.

Outside Facilities looks good,rooms are old and dirty, especially the floors. Max 1 1/2 stars motel, Motel 6 needs to be ashamed of this property

Ive stayed at plenty of Motel6 and Stufio 6 in the past but this one by far is the BEST! Its very clean and everything works great. The oven, microwave, the shower and even down to the shower drain function at a top level. I was expecting to be underwhelmed but this blew that out of the park. The staff from the front desk to the housekeeping are as nice as can be. Ill put it another way. My neighbor Anthony has lived here 5 years because he enjoyed staying here also. Thank you to everybody at the Garland Studio 6 on Aldelta and 635.
