        Hard to believe it's in the IHG family.

        I'm not impressed, not high standards that I'm used to in a Holiday Inn. Lots of things need to be upgraded, with many damage or broken items. When we walked into our room the first time, all doors and drawers opened and cushions off the couch. First night checking in the guest service was amazing, very friendly. The rest of the time, you felt like they were just there to collect a paycheck. Not a smile, just answered what they needed to, felt like I was not welcome, almost rude.

        They do not answer phone calls or emails. I do not even know if they are open before I go to dallas. Holiday Inn headquarters didnt care that they dont respond to customers. Their 5 star reviews must be fake after looking at the other reviews.
