        THIS IS THE 3RD TIME I WENT AND TRIED TO GET A ROOM SPOKE TO KEN MORE THAN ONCE AND HE HAD TOLD ME OVER THE PHONE THAT HE HAD A ROOM AVAILABLE WHEN I GOT THERE HE SAYS THAT ALL THE ROOMS ARE BOOKED I WANT TO TALK TO COPERATE ABOUT THIS CAUSE ITS B-S THAT HE TELLS ME YES AND GO UP THERE AND THEN GET TURNED DOWN TF........VERY HORRIBLE HOTEL NOT GOOD AT ALL.........
