A dream to work with! We decided to make major renovations to our home and basically update every inch. We thought we could choose the finishes ourselves, which was a much bigger undertaking than wed realized. Reagan at Adairs was a godsend. He looked at our plans to see what our designers had suggested, then listened to my likes and dislikes about the initial design, and made suggestions based on what he thought would be a good fit for us. He was easy to talk to, knowledgeable about products and changing trends, honest, and just plain fun to work with. He spent so much time going over available options with us, loaning out multiple samples, and never rushed us or made us feel like we were a bother. I would recommend Adairs to any and every family member or friend. I hope that were done with home projects for a while, but should we find ourselves taking on another, we will be going back to Adairs.

I'm so happy I found Adair's. We had a leak in our master bath shower, so we decided to take the opportunity to update our outdated decor. I always get nervous with these kinds of home projects, but they really took care of me during every decision. They offered full interior design services, helping me match color, or giving me logistical context to decisions. They know their merchandise and how to get creative when the tile you want is out of stock! This happened to me and they ended up choosing something better than my original choice. Can't recommend them enough!

This company was a nightmare to deal with and their pricing is OUTRAGEOUS. We were redoing the flooring in several rooms of our house and had Adairs out to give a quote. They were unable to answer multiple questions we had, had extremely poor follow up skills, and took forever to get a quote over. When they finally did get it over to my gf the pricing was 1/3rd higher than literally every other flooring company quote we got. As a treat to the sky high insane prices they charge they also had a longer install lead time than every other company. Thankfully we found the Good Guys / Good Guys Flooring who was a fraction of the price for the exact same flooring, installed it promptly and was a wonderful experience unlike greedy Adairs.

Great family run business that cares about  giving great service.  We had porcelain tiles put in our kitchen in a diagonal patter and their installers did a great job.  Now we are having luxury vinyl plank floors put in 4 rooms and a hall.  We have also bought carpet.  Each purchase everyone at Adair's spent the time to make sure we were very happy.
