Ace Flooring DFW

We called ACE to simply ask about their services, however we were met with on the phone with Steve who seemed friendly but once asked where we were located, we stated we are more central Dallas (which is approximately a 15 min drive away from the showroom, not bad for Dallas) we got a "sorry about that" and got HUNG up on! We were actually OKAY with driving to the showroom and very enthusiastic about possibly working with them due to the high ratings, but that was VERY RUDE and very unprofessional. Didn't know services were only provided to those within a 10 mile radius. I don't even write reviews but I felt propelled to share this experience, as I have called multiple flooring businesses and never got hung up on, they simply offered alternatives.

Competative price, good service. But, that's not why you hire ACE Flooring. You hire ACE Flooring because of the attention to detail and integrity of the owner, Stephen Snider. ACE Flooring retiled about 800 sq ft. in our house. Stephen's advice on selecting the right porcelain tile, commitment to minimizing the dust during the removal of the old tile, prepping the floor, raising the floor where needed, and scheduling around our travels made all the difference.

ACE flooring did an exceptional job replacing my damaged hardwood floors with wood look tile. The craftsmanship in the flooring truly looks like real wood with grout lines unnoticeable and zero slippage between tiles. I couldn’t be happier with the end result and am glad I chose ACE flooring to do this job. I would highly recommend ACE flooring for all your flooring needs as they were professional, cost competitive, and a pleasure to do business with.
