Jacob, Eduardo, and the entire JW flooring team did a phenomenal job ripping out old carpet and flooring to replace with luxury vinyl. Jacob is extremely responsive at any time of day. After calling around for quotes on a discontinued product, Jacob not only exceeded everyone else in price, but also in service and integrity. Other businesses were asking for a few hundred dollars more and additional charges, which shows his honesty. The product was expected within a week and arrived a day later, meaning he took care of business right away. Jacob even offered to hold the floors at his office while we painted our room. I would not waste my time shopping anywhere else, I hope this business grows and is greatly blessed.

JW Flooring just completed the installation of new hardwood floors in our home and we could not be happier. From the beginning, communication was excellent- Jacob was available to answer all of our questions and was always quick to respond via text, email or a phone call. The flooring crew were equally as pleasant and professional to work with. Their pride in their craftmanship and attention to detail was evident. This company is amazing! From start to finish the process was easy. Jacob Woo made us feel confident and cared for. Eduardo and crew where fast, efficient and professional. Having a whole house redo is a terrifying task but JW Flooring made the flooring process exciting. I highly recommend JW Flooring!!!
