Buyers beware!!! I purchased a $700 rug (the most I have ever spent on a rug in my life) on their online store. It arrived extremely quickly. However, it was completely different from the photos online. It had striping printed into it, was faded and had different colors in it from the photos. It simply is not the quality of a rug that price. When I wrote customer service to explain what happened they essentially talked down to me to explain that it was my responsibility to have called the showroom for more details for purchasing and that I am the only customer who has ever mentioned anything about a discrepancy in the photos or voiced disappointment in the quality of that rug. They said I would be responsible for shipping it back and that they would provide an RA number in a separate email. I wrapped the rug exactly as instructed and brought it to FedEx, USPS and UPS for quotes. The cheapest was $300. I was absolutely shocked and livid. After lugging it all over the city to ship it I felt I had no choice and agreed to ship it with tracking. I wrote customer service to provide the tracking number and to explain how this is the worst shopping experience Ive ever had, now in the hole for $1,000 for a rug I didnt keep. I feel as though I should not have to pay $300 to return a rug that was misrepresented. Mostly Im just shocked and incredibly disappointed. I dont think shopping with this company is worth the risk. We are still looking for a rug but $300 poorer. If the customer service had been better I would have probably tried to find one with them, but I was given absolutely no reasonable option, rather blamed for my lack of diligence. I still have not heard back from this company.

0 stars if I could. Worst customer service I've ever dealt with, hidden behind fake syrupy-sweet voices. I will not be using them again, especially when there are so many other rug companies offering better shipping and return policies and straightforwardness.

Horrible customer service. Sent wrong color rug, blue not brown. Then tells me it's a computer monitor difference. Find another rug source, you'll thank me later. I'm still trying to get it returned.
