InTown Suites Extended Stay Dallas TX - Medical Center

We have been staying here since November 1st and everything is been great

I stayed for over a month unfortunately. I never knew when they would be open to get my key renewed. Had to leave work early many times just not to get locked out again . This cost me money not them. I left service extra money just to vacuum. Never had any sheets changed. I had good luck at the one off SH183 but Preston road has issues I am frightened to talk about. I pray I never have to stay again.

The Intown Suites in North Dallas on Preston Road is the worst place to stay also for an extended stay. The entire staff is very unprofessional. I advise anyone who looking for a short stay or an extended stay to DO NOT go to that location. I advise you go to another location or another suites. The room my Wife and I stayed in was suppose to be an upgrade but the room was not clean at all. My deposit was withheld because when I opened one of the cabinet doors it came off the hinge. The issue was reported to the front desk when the issue happened. Also I was advise not to smoke in the room or near the bldg. After I was advised not to smoke near the bldg I did adhere to management and started to smoke in my vehicle. With that being said I was informed by the front desk clerk due to the cabinet door coming off the hinge(simply opening the cabinet as normal), also due to me smoking in my vehicle after adhering to management request, my deposit would be refunded. I can not speak for anyone else and their experience but the five months my Wife and I stayed at that location it was a horrible experience.

I have a problem with whoever was on staff tonight at the Preston Rd Dallas location. I returned to my room around 9PM on 12/31/2023 and the room key was not working. I called the customer service number for the Preston Rd location at least 10 times with no answer, when the recording toned out to leave a message the machine said the voicemail was full and could not take any further messages. Upon finally getting in touch with the property support person via asking another guest to call the emergency contact number the emergency contact person did finally answer and came to my room only to give me grief because she didnt like my attitude, and she threatened to put me out on the street even though Im paid in full. At first this woman would not use her master key to unlock my room so I could get in, but she finally relented and opened my door with her master key. I still do not have a working key as of 12/31 10PM CST I informed this person putting me out on the street would be a serious mistake as I am legally disabled and at that point she started saying she was also disabled while pointing her finger at her head and making a crazy motion with her finger, which I interpreted as insulting me for my disability. Im not sure where Im going to go with this but I think it is in InTown Suites best interests to contact me and work on resolving this issue ASAP
