Went in to purchase 2 items that I need to complete a side job. I called ahead to see if they could hold them for me until I got there but no answer. Once I arrived, I walk directly to the automotive section to purchase the two items I needed. Yesterday I was told by a nice lady with a nose piercing "oh, my manager has the keys to the glass doors and he won't be back until maybe...an hour later?". Understandable. I'll come back tomorrow. No problem.
I come back today and it's the same kid on her phone to talking about "ohh, well...the...keys are...stuck...in the (something that makes no sense)... So there's nothing I can do..." Very ignorant of me to assume that she's just being lazy not wanting to even go out of her way to assess the situation but it just seems odd that it's the same person with an excuse the second time in a row in the same location.
