Was not Abe to find what I needed when I ask for help was send the opposite direction when ask a cashier for help she didnt know were the items were her name was dimetera when going back to pay ask for a general manager and was told that at this time theres no manager in charge of the store after 8 pm that is unaseptable and the team lead just laugh at the fact that we were not able to get helped when walking away after paying the lady at the end of check out she made it seem like we stole something and would not stop checking each item I get it thats there job but felt a bit of discriminating towards Mexicans

Place is already rough one. I come here cause its convenient not because I want to but every time I do it seems the self checkout employees have unconscious bias towards hispanics. Time and time again they stand end of my checkout making sure I scan every item like isnt that the self check AIs job? Ive witnessed it with others too. I never would steal, im grateful to be able to afford my things yet get harassed time and time again. Never returning.
