Nope, nope, nope.  I went in to buy a winter coat just before Christmas - I had some money to spend and wanted something nice.  I walked over from my apartment, and entered the store the same time as an older gentleman who had been jogging - I even held the door for him.  The other guy was immediately greeted and helped, while I got to wander around and be ignored by the sales associates for 20 minutes.  There were two ladies helping people check out and were obviously busy, while two male employees (one was the manager I think) stood around doing nothing except having an obviously very important discussion about the Cowboys' season.  They couldn't be bothered to help me out despite looking directly at me multiple times, and after a while I couldn't be bothered to care.  In the end, I couldn't find the jacket that I wanted that I had seen online, but I decided that I'd rather purchase something else than continue to be ignored.Luckily, the older gentleman didn't end up buying anything either, and I took my money elsewhere (thanks Saint Bernard and Peter Millar).  I'm not sure what you need to look like or do to get assistance in this store, but I wasn't able to figure it out.  I don't intend on trying again.
