    They quoted that I would pay a certain amount a month , but what I'm actually paying is 50$ more then originally quoted , as well as they added a apple watch and a line for the watch which I did not agree or consent for. I also came in to do a trade in for an iPhone I had and they still charged me 120$ for the trade in even though they told me I wouldn't be paying anything. These people are liars and won't reimburse your or do anything to fix what they've caused. Now I have to call customer service just to get this all resolved because their employees thought they could get a bigger commission

    Absolutely the slowest employees in a store that I have ever encountered. When only two people are working and there are people that have been waiting over an hour you should try to speed up your work speed from tortoise. Then when an employee finally greeted us, he said he couldnt help me and I would have to call customer service notwithstanding the fact I had accomplished the same thing in the store in the past. I told him that was inappropriate for a customer to wait that long to even be greeted let alone not helped. He laughed at me and said in a sarcastic voice oh to bad. Maybe its time to seek a new mobile carrier and give up T Mobile after 20 years of being a customer.

Recommend this store to anyone if you want efficient, safe, and fast phone plans set up.
