Rude and unfair they treated me like a criminal and I explain to the teller I have been here at least twice to do a cash advance from different branch and they have done it before and the manager who is happen to be Mexican gave me a nasty look.

Yall really need to give it to my girl jhaida drake not ONLY does she have EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!!! she kept me updated with literally everything that was going on. She by far hands down is RESPONSIBLE RELIABLE & hard working all that while still taking care of me all within a timely manner! I WILL most definitely recommend the uptown branch and NCU to anyone i know and send them directly to her!! She was honest right from the start and was able to take care of any inconvenience that happened! By all means she rocks and the uptown branch should consider themselves lucky to have Jhaida Drake on there team!!! If You guys call up here make sure yall ask for her she got you!!
