This location is quite strange. I went to open a savings account and was told I should actually be banking with, Bank of America or Chase. Ive never had a banker refer me elsewhere youd think they want business. I guess some people dont realize ppl can have money in more than one financial institution. I go to other branches and the service is just fine. The branch in north park mall is accustom to ppl who travel and live internationally. Yet those ppl still bank with Comerica. I think its best to remember you dont know your customers personally. Give them what they ask for and skip the unnecessary Invasive form of questions. I have a high yield savings account with other financial institutions. I would have gladly opened one here also but I wasnt asked or even informed about the various accounts, same with the checking account I opened. Ill eventually take my business elsewhere or go to a bigger branch for assistance once I start using this bank consistently.
