Trinity Capital Bank of Texas

Great bank. It's associated with my main bank in Ennis so I use this branch when in Dallas. There's hardly ever a wait. The tellers are always very friendly. Plus there's usually water and little candies available. Drive through is usually empty or at most one car so it's not a long wait. Very friendly small town feel but in the big city. I'm a bit annoyed at the only negative review on here - the person was using bank property when there's literally dozens of mural parking spots they had to pass to get to the mural next door. Plus there are large signs that state it's private bank parking every few feet. There aren't any windows on half the bank so it's very unlikely a bank employee would have seen them, especially since the person said they were approached by someone in the parking lot (not from inside the bank). So this person decided to give a very nice bank one star because they were in the wrong and someone not affiliated with the bank pointed it out to them. I feel bad for the bank because that's bringing down their star average when they don't deserve it.

Did not know this was a bank. We're from Ohio. My daughter seen the mural on building next door. I pulled into this parking lot, they jumped out to get a quick picture with the mural. I was approached by a rude man asking me, if I needed help with anything. I said no, I was unsure on where to go, I pointed to my daughter taking pictures of the mural. I stated what they were doing. Man rudely stated this was a private parking and asked if I seen the signs posted. I said no, I'm sorry I'll move. Soooo happy this is not my bank!!!

This is the most business friendly bank I've ever encountered. It's a serious bank. It is not a nameless faceless retail branch. Rather a real bank that knows it's customers and their business capital needs.
