        I have been banking with Regions for over 10 years. They are leveling up their game, quite well these days. There was a time they never had enough $100 dollars bills for Cash Back NOW..Have not disappointed in quite a whileBranches Never Long Lines Employees nice, good, ( Not Intimidating )

        Worst customer service.....sat in drive through for 20 minutes to get to the service window with only one car inline. I have been with this bank for 7 years and the quality is getting worse. Closed some of the locations and now reducing employees Rude employee: cordal Lawrence 11:15 a.m. 7/10/2023
