Not Really Good for Business. I have banked here for many years. Never had any problems. Like all banks, they are reducing the number of branches, so it's kind of hard to find a branch nearby. There's like 3 in the city now. My problem is this PPP loan process. I have lots of friends that bank at the larger banks and they applied and had their loan approved and funded in 3 days. I have no one to talk to. My personal banker doesn't return emails, the only way to apply for PPP is through their website, which is totally confusing. You upload docs and it takes a day or two to tell you if it is correct or if they need something else. I have been uploading docs for a week. They do not tell you if the docs are satisfactory or anything, they just kick it out and tell you to refer to SBA website. First time, I was rejected. No explanation given. They make 5% of all these loans and it seem to me like they provide at least 2 minutes of customer service to get you through the process. I don't understand why this bank is requiring so many docs. The other banks did not require them from my friends. So, I would definitely recommend a different bank than this one for business accounts. This one could easily cost you a lot of lost money.
