      image I have recently started a small business and had originally banked at Chase. They were okay but they really couldn't provide the personal assistance and attention I needed being a new business owner. Enter Payal Shah at BB&T at Northwest Highway in Dallas. Incredible personalized service from her and her team. I now have my personal accounts there, my kids accounts, a car loan, etc. Any questions I just pick-up the phone and call Payal and she ANSWERS the phone herself! Incredible. Highly recommend.
