        My wife wasnt allowed to access important documents in her box, because the lobby is closed. Worse, they dont know when she can. The ladys attitude was bad.

        Worst branch and representation of the Truist brand.. every time I come into or call this branch theres a change in procedures or services available. The attitude of the employees is always off also

        This locations have the worst customer service .. I love BB&T but this location is the worst customer service so rude they talk to you if you work for them or something. I don't recommend this location
