Spring Parc

I have been a resident at Springparc for approximately a month and a half, and thus far, my living experience has been quite pleasant. Despite encountering some initial issues upon moving in, I promptly reported them and was impressed by the swift resolution by the attentive maintenance team. Monica and the entire management staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism, understanding, and efficiency in addressing my concerns. As someone who diligently reviews properties before making decisions, I acknowledge that there were a few negative reviews about this residence. However, my personal experience has been overwhelmingly positive, thanks to the outstanding assistance of Manie and Angy, who provide an excellent service so far. I must note that parking becomes challenging after 9 pm, and although I am unsure about towing policies, I have always managed to find a spot albeit located further from the residence. This minor inconvenience, however, does not detract from my overall favorable impression of Springparc. Looking ahead, I anticipate submitting another review upon the conclusion of my lease at the end of the summer. I should note that parking gets tricky after 9pm. m., and although I'm not sure about the towing policies, I have always managed to find a spot, even if it is located further away from the residence. However, this minor discomfort does not detract from my overall favorable impression of Springparc. Later, I anticipate submitting another review at the end of my contract at the end of the summer. Don't move there, I lived there for a year and a half, bad neighbors who smoke marijuana all the time, the maintenance is terrible, cars with loud music pass by at dawn, the cabinets don't work and they charge you an exaggerated amount when you leave the apartment for the broken things, after 8pm you don't get parking near your apartment

Living for a 2 years, Management is good, Maintenance could be kinda slow sometimes but they do what they have to do, people at the leasing office are always nice and respectful.

The attention in the office is very good, especially from Angie, the maintenance service in the apartments if they need to improve it.

Monica is a pleasure to deal with. Even though I've had my fair share of issue's, she has always made it a point to get me taken care of every time without any difficult resistance. Thank you
