Awesome place to live especially now they've opened the bar back up and give you free drinks on a Monday and Friday . Seriously would recommend it.

I would give this place 5 stars because I have loved living here since Oct 2022. However, the building was recently purchased, theres a new property management team, and with that, the previous concierge team no longer works at Cirque. Extremely sad because Steve was hardworking and the most helpful concierge Ive ever experienced. Hoping he returns soon!

We had very high hopes when we moved in the Summer of 2021. We saw their Instagram page full of resident events such as Happy Hour, Store Pop Ups, Christmas Parties, Viewing parties for football games and fights on the pool deck. As soon as we moved in the service and amenities started to take a downward slide. When pitched, they said they were installing a permanent screen outside for viewing parties. Never happened. The TV's on the pool deck don't work. They took away the situp machine in the gym and didn't replace it with anything. The full service Bar is now gone and management never told us. They still have their weekly specials posted on the 3rd floor. We heard it wasn't making enough money and the quality of liquor offered didn't justify the business. Clearly there's a lot of affluent people who live here and we have seen people come down and buy a bottle on a whim from the bar before. Seems like management would rather close the bar down than put the effort into making it better. The leasing staff is mostly incompetent when working with them on our renewal last year and they generally refuse to apologize or take any responsibility for their service failures. Ultimately had to go to corporate to offer better management practices that I've seen at my previous apartments. Overall, this apartment is in worse shape than it was when we moved in around Summer 2021 and our rent only increased. Goldman Sachs is moving in across the street so plenty of construction until 2026. Please do a lot of research on this place before signing the lease.

My sister just moved into these apartments so Im here very often and every time I come down to the front Steve or Susan talk to me there very nice and very hard workers so are they guys who do vallet I appreciate there service and Ive seen some reviews of people complaining about them but I feel like its only people who are rude for no reason so obviously there gonna treat yall the say way back but I just wanna say I believe the stall should get more credit over here because there amazing and sweet !!
