Lakewood Flats

Been here for some time, the front office is always helpful and willing to work out any issues you may have. Lovely area and close to my favorite part of dallas, whiterock lake! Maintenance will get things DONE. One of the best maintenance crews of any apartment I have been at.

Lived here for two years and had a great experience. If I didnt have to move to another state for work I would still live here! What really made living here was the professional leasing staff. They are quick to address any concerns and are very helpful. Dani is hands down the best leasing professional I have ever worked with, he goes above and beyond for the residents at Lakewood Flats.

I like this place. Its actually quiet & cozy here. The staff here is amazing, nice & very reliable.

My experience was not terrible, however there are better places in the area to live for the same price or cheaper. My car got stolen from the parking lot in the beginning of March and when I told a certain beloved and praised leasing agent, all they said was "Well..... those kinds of cars are easily stolen. You should've had an Airtag." Conveniently there were no cameras, the "courtesy officer" was "out that night" (I have never seen or encountered a courtesy officer. So much so that I had zero idea there was supposed to be one on the premises) and allegedly the gate was working properly so all the blame for my car being stolen was on me. Great. I've moved but, my unit had a slight bug problem, seemingly because I was close to the trail. All summer I was fighting off fruit flies from my sink drains and wasps outside my door. I had an ant problem for a minute and found a handful of dead cockroaches once I moved. The dumpsters were gross and dog owners let their dogs poop any and everywhere, too. I only checked out the pool once, but the trash cans were full, the water was really gross and full of bugs. Quiet apartments, great part of town but paying upwards of $1,450/month to get my car stolen, deal with bugs indoors as well as outdoors, dodge dog poop on the sidewalk and stare at mountains of trash was not worth renewing my lease once the time came. Like I said before, there are better apartments with better amenities down the street.
