I saw, I came and Rick Plock delivered! He was super efficient, professional and results driven. Most definitely a Leasing Extraordinaire, for sure! He listened to my specific concerns and provided not only guidance but, was able to identify the perfect place for my family! I love the property design and new amenities! Great area and a perfect fit! I applied immediately! Looking forward to our stay here. Thanks a ton!

**Update** They have removed all the courtyard amenities. It's been almost 4 months and Management has been combative when asked for a timeline to replace them. But we get still weekly email reminding us to not to put out own furniture or they will throw it away. I've lived here for 3 years and if it wasn't for the wonderful people that live here I would have been long gone by now. Poor management by the owner has left this place to rot. The photos used to advertise this place are grossly out of date and almost all the amenities are half working at best.

I do not recommend living here. A/c unit barely works in the summer and the heater sometimes works in the winter. It's an outdated apartment where you can not control your thermostat. Management is slow to do anything. Save yourself the trouble.
