There will always be ups and downs with apartment living. With that being said, this has been the best apartment living experience Ive had in all my years in Dallas. Yes, its noisy, but its the city!! The office staff is the most enjoyable. They are always willing and ready to assist. There is TWO coffee bars for residents- one is a cold brew! Thats awesome. The property is so well kept. And grounds are very well taken care of. The location is very desirable being that you have Lower Greenville, Mockingbird Station, SMU Campus with a great park AND you can walk to Kroger and 7-11. Ive been here a few months and already ready to renew! Thank you again to the staff for being genuine!

My unit was not cleaned properly when I moved in. Many cracks, stains, dents, dust, mold and flaws. Theres literal dust stuck on my walls and in the corners of walls. My unit is not like the one they showed me I would be moving into. Im paying way too much. They also have been charging me renters insurance even though I have my own and brought it in when I moved in. The balcony is not real it has metal flooring so I cant actually use it. The elevators constantly breaking down. Paying for valet trash monthly (required) they dont even pick up boxes or come often. There is no way for food delivery drivers to enter the building once the office is closed (huge inconvenience). I had some creepy occurrences in the parking garage. Not sure if they have any type of security. Some dusty deserted car has been in the same spot for months. Not enough regular parking spots. Water shut offs. The only benefit of living here is the Luxer package lockers, the coffee machine in the office and the location of the building itself. Some of the office people are nice but the apartment itself is not as new and nice as it is advertised to be. Misleading.

Fire alarms have gone off for long periods every day for the last week. Water shutoffs with little to no notice are frequent. Leasing office sent a fun email around Thanksgiving informing us that any packages sent to the leasing office (i.e.: when the package lockers are overcrowded because management is too cheap to put more in) will be returned to sender within 24-48 hours without informing you that you have a package waiting! Totally unreasonable given that many people receive gifts during the holidays that they didn't order for themselves and thus have no way of tracking. Valet trash service is $25/month and you cannot opt out. For the last week, I've set my trash outside in the appropriate bin at the scheduled time and no one has come to collect it. Still can't get out of that $25/month fee even though I'm not getting my benefit of the bargain. All around very disappointed.
