If you like living in a place that's recently converted most of the building into AirBnB for noisy guests, doesn't let you have more than one parking spot per unit, and doesn't care to honor the lease of current tenants, then you better fill out an application to live here quickly. Despite the nice facade due to recent renovations, this place is not nearly as quality as it may seem.

Doesnt let residents park in parking lot, but instead prioritizes Airbnb guests over current residents for parking. Also does not let residents park on street. Where are residents supposed to park? Would not recommend this residency to ANY person who owns a car. Please do better in supporting your current LONG TIME residents.

I originally applied for a property run by CityGate. However, their poor communication left me in a position in which I had 5 days to find a new place. Luckily, I found this complex online. I applied in the evening after office hours despite not having toured the complex or contacting anyone. The next morning, I got in touch with someone who scheduled a tour for me that afternoon. I met up with Jeremy at the complex who was very helpful and answered any questions I had. I explained the situation I was in and how urgent it was to schedule a move-in date. Almost immediately after the tour, he followed up with me and requested all other documents I needed to send over. Hes been very quick to follow up and it looks like well have a place to stay after all despite CityGates best efforts. I will update this review further upon move-in to comment on the quality of the unit and complex. So far, their communication has been top notch. Edit: Ive been here a few weeks now and its been great. Deriel and Jessica are the best! A+ management and perfect location
