Thieves! DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! Was the worst living experience of my life. Roof leaked for 10 months non stop, MOLD from constant leaking roof, constant cockroaches and I mean tons of them! I couldn't walk barefoot at night because my feet would encrust in roaches, bugs even snakes in the apartment!! Literally snakes. Did I mention MOLD! I was physically ill living here. I had 42 service calls in 12 months, most were for the leaking roof that was never repaired. There is no laundry room and the facilities are either broken or closed. They even had me put $10 on a laundry card for a laundry that didn't exist! Extremely bright security lights that shine directly into your apartment at night, not your car which will be broken into regularly. Unreachable and overworked staff that won't help and a leasing office that is UNCONTACTABLE. I moved out 3 months ago and have NOT gotten my $700 security deposit back!! No correspondence from them at all. They won't answer the phone, try calling them now I GUARANTEE NO ANSWER. They don't answer emails and have made no attempt to contact me. They have my new address, email, phone, multiple email requests and voicemails. This place is a scam pretending to be a home. They also don't reply to my reviews like they do all the others. This property is the same one as "Ava west". You'll find they don't staff well enough to keep both offices open so everyone is forced to come to this office instead of the one in the community they live in. This is where I dropped my keys 3 months ago along with all my new living information. Still haven't got a email or call back about my deposit. Small claims court here we come! BOO

DO NOT MOVE HERE. I just moved in a month ago. I was promised the 2nd month free. I called twice to ensure I didn't have to pay for July. They said I didn't have to worry then yesterday when I was home I received an eviction notice. I regret applying here. Update: it took awfully long for them to fix it and created unnecessary stress because I thought I wouldn't have anywhere to live. Also, you can't respond to the Ava (owner) about any other concerns. The "credit" you claim you gave to me was just money that was refunded. I have no negative comments about my leasing lady she was amazing through everything. I just don't like how management handles this because I tried to talk to management and I was put on hold. Never once could I get in contact with management. They should be more hands on or give my leasing lady a raise.

Parking is impossible on Ava North , also the new management added visitors parking inside where their is no space for any more cars , it's always packed. Now new manager has changed towing companies so we have to register cars online again and wait to see if he approves it. This manager has came to complicate things like no security around, gates always messed up and open , no safety due to all the robberies and cars getting stolen since he got here . last manager Angie had everything under control and did a great job handling everything. Please help this property and help the residents live in peace .

Infested with Roaches The worst Ive ever seen in my entire life!!!! Its impossible to improve this property without tearing it down and starting from the ground up!! After the ground has been treated for Roaches!!!! Its sad for anyone to pay to live with Roaches!!!!
