No place is perfect but felt a warm welcome when the new leasing management took over. Ive lived here for about 3 weeks now and responsive times have been handled in a timely manner. I love the amenities that come with the apartment. Overall my satisfaction living here thus far is great!!

This is by far the worst run apartment complex. The communication is non-existent. I havent gotten my security deposit from moving out over 2 months ago. The office never returns emails/calls. After 3 weeks of no communication I asked please respond so I at least know youre receiving my communications. The assistant manager responded I am getting your emails and that was it. Unreal. My internet has been down for 3 days and I was told to call the internet provider. Once I did that I noticed my apt number was wrong with them and they have a random man listed as my roommate. Additionally, they are refusing to release camera footage of my boyfriends car being hit to either the police or insurance. Both of which they are legally bound to do. I called the emergency maintenance line because my sink was leaking and my fridge went out. It has been 6 days with no response I had to get someone else in on my own dime to fix these issues. Im generally incredibly patient and unbothered but this has all gotten to be too much. Not to mention all of the other issues that are occurring here. They have no concern for the residents who live here its honestly mindblowing.

Every 1 star review you see here is legit. Dont move here. If I had the money I wouldve broke the lease but Im stuck here. Theres a reason why theres as many 1 star review as 5 stars. Horrible management and broken garage gate for 6+ months. Cars are broken into here constantly. I could write a whole essay about why not to live here. JUST. DONT. Edit: My door mat got stolen. Tells you enough about this place. Anotha Edit: Since the apartment complex obviously cant control their own parking situation, they have outsourced their own parking to Platinum Parking. This place is ridiculous. Also instead of actually addressing the problems of cars getting broken into and fixing the gate, the management put up new signs to remind the tenants that they are not responsible for damages. Stay classy. Probably last edit before I move out: Ive lived here for more than a year, and the garage gate has not been working in that time. Our fancy electronic Latch key system ran out of batteries and maintenance hasnt come out to fix it (waited about a month), so I had to put in new batteries myself. Constant glass on the garage floor due to peoples cars being broken into. Two management changes while Ive been here. Something obviously isnt working, I would stay away
