I am a current resident who was robbed recently. The day after I got robbed, they let me know that their was a leak and they needed me to move my car. I let them know I didnt have keys and couldnt move the car. The maintenance guys actually ended up pushing my car to get to the leak. I have had a hole in my garage ceiling and my kitchen wall for a month now because they never came back to repair the holes they put in to fix the leak (that was from their fire sprinkler lines). They also clogged my sink with the dirty water from fixing the leak. I couldnt pay rent on time because my accounts were frozen until I could get new cards in. When I tried asking them to waive the late fees they told me only the regional manager had access, they dont control what happens to us, and that the regional manager would not approve it being waived no matter the circumstance. Worst customer service ever.
